Had Ethan come out to look at our hot tub. He diagnosed 2 separated problems with it. He gave us our options on how to cost affectively fix it. Within a couple days he had the parts ordered in and fixed. What a great guy! Would highly recommend him!
He even phoned back the next day to see if everything was running okay! Two thumbs up for Ethan.

Stopped into Ultimate Spas today just looking for some chemicals for our hot tub, which we actually purchased somewhere else, and walked out wishing we had bought the tub from these guys in the first place.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, but a special shout-out to Morgan. He was knowledgeable, genuinely helpful, and absolutely hilarious. More importantly, he has that rare ability to actually connect with customers rather than just sell them something. He took the time to answer my questions, explain our options, and even showed me the SmartSpa saltwater generator system, which I’m now seriously considering having installed in our tub down the road.

They definitely earned some new customers today. At the very least, this is where we'll be coming for our chemicals and supplies from now on, and likely more than that in the future.

Great experience and a great group of people. Highly recommend.

Just purchased a hot tub from Ultimate Spas. Morgan introduced us to the models and told us what we needed to know to pick the one right for us. A few days later, Rick answered the questions we came up with, and today the owner, Sheldon, put his knowledge to pen and paper and took our deposit. They provided the contact for landscaping and electrical too, both of whom met the same standard of quality and knowledge. My hubby and I have dealt with a lot of business's in our time, and Sheldon and his team are definitely one of the top two. Friendly, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and a company you want to build a relationship with. Medicine Hat should be proud of this retailer.
